Kawasaki chose the Losail circuit in Qatar, home to rounds of both the World Superbike championship and Moto GP to test the potential of its brand new ZX 10-R. The ZX 10R first came on the scene in 2004 and went on to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2006 & 2008, but the 2010 version wasn't among the best selling high performance bikes.
