Ford drivers Mark Winterbottom and Steven Richards played the diplomat card after a tumultuous few days for the Blue Oval that ended - at least for today - with the first 1-2 for the factory-backed Ford Performance Racing team at the SkyCity Triple Crown in Darwin.

V8 : Britek confirms two cars for '09.
Despite not being included on Ford Australia's favoured list, Jason Bright's Britek team has revealed that it will continue to run two Falcons in next year's V8 series.

Britek Motorsport has confirmed that it intends to field two Ford Falcon FGs in the 2009 V8 Supercar Championship Series, despite the announcement that the Ford Motor Company will not support the team with direct cash funding in 2009.

F3 : Legris set for British F3 run.
Jonathan Legris will compete in the British F3 Championship at Brands Hatch in a few weeks time.
Jonathan Legris, Team West-Tec's 2008 Spanish F3 stand-out, will join the British F3 Championship on the Brands Hatch GP circuit on July 12-13 after agreeing terms to drive the Litespeed F3 car in the National Class.
