I'm very impressed with it! Although it needs quite a hefty PC to run well, especially in the rain, it looks great. Over at Race Sim Central they've managed to unlock all cars to drive as well as the possiblitiy to swap tracks. So I had some fun with the 550 at the 'Ring.
The 'standard' demo, unedited (just changed to a forum friendly size):

As for GTR2 so far well, to be fair, i hate the demo, so much so that ive deleted it. I have every intention of getting the game when it comes out, the demo for me was solely about finding out if it will actually run on this machine (which it does, just!).
But the cars feel so fake its untrue. I have more feel from rFactor, a game devoid of any track feel at all, and the game leaves me far from impressed. GT cars arnt easy to drive, so why on my 2nd lap with a default setup and a full tank of fuel can i break the official real life track record by over 2 seconds. Says it all, really!

you must be running it with some of the driver aids on, try it on simulation mode with no driver aids except the auto clutch and see what happens then
im buying this for sure, i love it
