Racing cars should sound superb, not all quiet and muffled at speed.

At Goodwood this year, the R10 sounded dreadful at idle.

I can imagine the TDI Leon sounding crap too...

Well, diesel makes sense in endurance racing, but the real amazing thing is how they can make the gearbox take it.

Yup, it does at Le Mans 24 Hours.

However, in ALMS it doesn't. Those races only last for around 2-3 hours, that why the LMP2 Porsche is faster.

Well that's quite a feat by Porsche, to get the Spyder to be quicker than the bigger cars.

Exactly, the Porsche is more nimble, lighter has a bigger fuel tank and is quicker to change direction.

Audi is gonna get thrashed by Porsche in Detrioit this weekend...

Hopefully I'll get a mention like last weekend!
