For the WRC 2008 it was planned to drive a new rally Australia in Queensland. Now the official of the rally canceld the date for 2008 and hope for a 2009 rally. The organisation was to slow to organize a good rally.

So, less WRC events in 2008 that means? :(

Australia is a great rally, 2009 is a long time.

I seem to have found that too, i used to love the sport and always keep up to date with it but now its.....just i dont know, not as good as it once was.
Plus i used to follow Subaru religiously, but they havent had the success like they once had

The problem is, only two guys can realistically fight for the title, making it very predtictable.

The Gronholm and Loeb battle is good, but it's only those 2 are fighting for the title.

Also, Eurosports crappy TV coverage - they show it when they feel like it. ::)

Hopefully I don't see any other drivers. Solberg doesn't get the new Subaru for the first rallies.

Solberg won't get the new Subaru until Finland, so he will have to drive a rubbish car until then. :(

Yes, he loves Subaru but without a good car he has no reason to stay at subaru.

He clearly loves the team, they gave him a World Rally title.

But since 2003, the car has been rubbish. So he needs to look elsewhere, and Ford would be ideal for him.

Yes thats true. But if the new subaru is competetive he can attack in 2008 or 2009. I've seen the car on IAA in Frankfurt. It looks better then i thought on the pictures.
