well if the organisers had not screwed things up at lauzitz he wouldnt have done that but anyway i never said di resta was bad. anything but. of course he is pure talent but where would he be if he was driving an 05 audi for the futurecom tme team? midgrid i suspect. the fact a driver like adam carroll is not much further up the grid shows how weak his car and team combination are. carroll is a driver that got all the way to f1 without any sponsors and having never drove for the best teams, beating ex f1 driver teammates along the way. he has won in every catagory he has competed in and been a front running driver all his life.

the point i make is that you are only as good as the car you drive. the only person you can be compared against is your team mate (aslong as the team mate drives the same car). i would love to see di resta and carroll in the same cars, then we will see who carlton creams his pants for!!!
