SpeedTv on TVU is loud and clear for Nascar and F1 practice earlier........long may it continue over the weekend.
Watching cup qualifying there and Michael McDowall has just walked away from one awesome shunt against the barrier........up there with the worst i've seen ![[eek]](http://www.motorstv.com/en/images/smilies/icon_eek.gif "Shocked")
Hoping Dario gets in the show........

yeh, insane crash that is!
NASCAR.com has the full live replay of it, youtube at the moment has the replays of it.
Insane is not the right word for it, he's one lucky boy!

for future reference, don't forget you should be able to watch all the cup races live on the net - www.mywebcast.cc (then search for nascar)
it's a bit tricky to get going but it's better than nowt if you don't have a sky sports sub. i was thinking of taking the lappy into the living room, muting the telly (+ synching the audio) and using the "fox" audio so that i don't have to put up with the uk studio carp.

Having the fox audio means you get to listen to all the US adverts. I'm not sure this is an improvement over the UK studio bods tbh.
Still, I know what to ask for if I have trouble going to the loo now.
