Im not sure about Le Mans, but im sure i saw a video clip, years and years ago, of him in Mercedes overalls standing on the top step of the podium with 2 other guys. Didnt look like Le Mans tho!

Schumacher raced for Sauber-Mercedes in the old Class C World Sportscar Championship days. He competed during the 1990 and 1991 seasons and was team-mates with Jochen Mass, Karl Wendlinger and Fritz Kreutzpointner during this season.
He raced at Le Mans in 1991 with Wendlinger and Kreutzpointer and they finished 5th, 7 laps behind the winner in the Sauber-Mercedes C11 in the race won by Johnny Herbert and Co. in the Mazda 787B.
Also in 1991, Schumacher won his second World Sportscar Race at Autopolis in Japan with Wendlinger as team-mate and he finished 9th in the drivers championship that season.
In 1990 he raced with Jochen Mass at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico where he recorded his first World Sportscar race win in the final race of the season.

I still feel it's unlikely he will compete in more than a few races next season, I think he will have an ambassador role for Ferrari and bits and pieces elsewhere... maybe!

I agree with miniman, after he's had a longer winter he'll be itching to get behind the wheel come easter or the summer

Well a lot of other F1 drivers have gone to DTM, maybe he'll join them.
