That blur of red was Sebastien Loeb on his way to winning the Monte Carlo rally. The slow-moving yellow gentleman was - and hopefully still is - a cheerily ignorant French marshall seemingly devoid of any flinch reflex. If you listen carefully, we reckon you can hear the Citroen clip his jacket.
