Problem with sound

VERY annoying break up of sound on the best night of the year, and it is also happening in Ireland. Been happening now since I switched on at 2000. Not a problem on any other channel.

Noticed something similar earlier so switched off the sky box, removed the card and un pluged the unit for about 30 mins. seems to have done the trick, but a bit late to do anything about it now though in your cases.

It cleared when the 1000 came on thankfully.

UPDATE...looking at the 1000 rerun, this awful sound problem is there again. No other channels involved, just Motors.

Yep, mine too, only started when the 1000 rerun came on, I've sacked it off for F1 on ITV. I cant sit through 8 hours of dodgy sound.

i was really looking forward to watching the rerun of the 1000 but the sound was awful, sounds like its cutting out for a few hundredths of a second, just checked and they still have the same problem

are they aware of it?

its spoiling the viewing

Agree with that Darran, I had the same when I watched the rerun. Surely the powers that be must know of this, yet we get no response.

Its still doing it now when I tried to watch the Legends!!

For the first time in weeks i have watched a program on motorstv without any sound problems,lets hope its ok for everyone and that it lasts. I see there is no explanation from Motors about this,can you tell us what you are doing with/about the sound please

Still not replying to a genuine Question,this is why people have left. I'll ask again,what are Motorstv doing with/about the sound problems?

Dear Midge25 (and others),

First of all we weren't aware of those issues before you posted here, both the english version I listen here on the european feed, and my Sky box were giving fine audios...

What we've done basically is check every component in the audio systems, and none of them was faulty... but it seems to be OK again... tech mysteries !!!

Just let me know if you experience any other issues... and don't forget "The Fast Lane" on monday at 9.00 PM, you should enjoy that show !

Thankfully I watched Motors yesterday for quite a time and had no problem.
