Porsche racing in LMP1

Could anyone inform me what happened to the Porsche car they were racing last year in I think either LMP1 or LMP2 i thought they were aiming for Le Mans this year

the Penske Porsche RS Spyder is racing in the American Le Mans Series in the LMP2 categorie.

i would like to see that car along with the Dyson on this year's Le Mans 24h

Porsche's LMP2 car the RS spyder is currently being run by Penske racing in the ALMS series, and recorded a first ever 1-2 in front of the LMP1 Audi R8's. Let's hope they bring it to LeMans next year!
Anyone able to work out were it would be placed based on performances in ALMS?
