He has to be careful not to becom a 2nd Dela Rosa: testing for 25 years and appear in 3 races ;)

McNish eventually got a drive after testing for what seemed like 100 years. Pity he was well past his best when he got in.

Lets hope he catches the eye of somebody to give him a full drive, the more brits in f1 the better

Yer shame that he couldn't get a full drive but his McLaren experience seems to have got him his test drive with Honda and surely it is only a matter of time that he gets a full F1 race seat.

Starting to hope McLaren do put Hamilton in the second seat now, they deserve to suffer if they let Paffett go.

It would be a shame for Gary if he goes back to DTM next season as this has to be a big step back for him and surely he has fallen behind the likes of Hamilton and Da Resta in the McLaren pecking order as well.
