i think f1 is getting boring everything seems to be computer based. the drivers should just be able to get on with it.

i often think that if you took the best drivers, took away the traction control let them loose for a day or so they would end up being quicker without it.

I don't know if it would be quicker, but it sure would be more fun to watch
Formula one is all about driving smooth lines and consistent laps these days, it really isn't suited for a driver who likes to throw his car around a bit (I used to be a big fan of Alesi because of his driving style in F1). They'd be better off in Champ cars or A1GP
For me F1 is a bit of a dilemma, on one side it's supposed to be the most technologically advanced racing, but on the other side it's this techology which makes the races boring to watch.

i think the fastest driver would end up being the one that was a combination of smoothness, accuracy and consistancy. my money would be on the same 2or3 drivers that are the best now. its just that the gap to the others would grow even bigger. i wouldnt want to have anything detract my ability.

I'd rather F1 reverted to 80's spec....
Powerful engines, wide cars, slick tyres, turbo engines with boost buttons, overtaking, unpredictability, no pit stop strategies....
Oh wait, that's Champcar isn't it?
