The driver who wins most races gets the title then. So if someone wins say 4 races (more than anyone else), and not score much besides, and another driver comes second in all 18 races he is going to be happy?? I think not.

The FIA get it wrong again, they just needed to increase the points for winning now we have both points & wins. if a driver dominates in the first half, the season could be over early regardless of how well any other driver does.

Yes until 2010 when the FIA will introduce it.
