Hey, I live in Richmond Virginia and I'm trying to get Motors TV through Dish Network. ( my cable prodvider)
I was wondering if any of you live in the US and receive this channel. If so, how do I go about purchasing it?
I would appreciate any information you can tell me, thanks.

As far as I'm aware it is only beamed into Western Europe, and then only into a few countries have access to it. In the UK it is available through Sky (Satallite) or Virgin (cable, but not in all areas)

As Glenn has already said, it is just a European channel.
It goes out to these countries:-
UK
France
Romania
Portugal
Holland
Turkey
Monaco
Belarus
Bulgaria
Latvia
Estonia
Spain
Germany
