the speed of that ducati was incredible. Casey is going to be hard to beat unless someone steps up their machinery.

Great to see Casey beat Rossi and if the bike continues to be that much faster than the rest down the straights then the Ducati's are going to be big contenders for the title this season. However listening to Steve Parrish after the race he said that this race wouldn't be a fair reflection of how the season is going to pan out and we would get a better idea of who's going to be in the front this season when we to Jerez for the second race of the season.

the eurosport commentary were saying something similar but i might take until le mans to get a true picture of who's capable of what.

Losail does have a reputation of being an odd ball track.

Still if the racing is going to be as close and competitive as that all season then we are sure in for some great racing, that's for sure.

toby moody, julian ryder (sp?) and randy mamola are the best commentary team in any form of motorsport anywhere.

Yep, must say that the Eurosport commentary team is top quality and Randy is something of a legend in my house. The BBC commentary team aint that bad either, as Charlie Cox was great on BTCC back in the day and is still just as good and you can beat the insight of 'Stavros' Steve Parrish with his year's of experience.

Im sorry, the only good thing about BBC's coverage is 1) the lack of adverts and 2) Suzi Perry. Eurosport trumps them on everything else.

The Eurosport team is one of the best commentary teams in the world, knowledgable, excitable and highly amusing, all at the same time!

Yep I'll agree with that as I went through that phase a few years ago.
