The front page of this site is now saying the Long Beach race is going to be show live on Motors - is this true or some cruel late April Fools joke??!

The pdf schedule posted a few weeks back says the race will be Live too.

good news, in america it's tape delayed (same as st pete), live i like. sadly after long beach the next 4 races are all cbs in the us and last year cbs's coverage was awful.

It did indeed, it's just it has the race on the wrong day, Mark Cole also said it was going to be delayed coverage. I think the problem as arisen as the race starts at Midnight UK time so some people have classed it as Saturday and some Sunday. Fingers crossed we can believe this latest update!

The CBS/NBC shown races are going to be tape delayed so it's not even worth trying to find online access. At least we will have Hindy to keep us amused.

hindy good, cbs/nbc bad. I'll keep that in mind, 4 hours around road america would be good live, it's a shame that it's on nbc delayed.

Hello all

looks like the Capri will not be racing this year - the Historic GT series is completely full with entries for the whole season, and as I can't do the full year it's not fair to take up a space on the grid that could be used by someone else.

However that does mean a fantastic season for the HGT and it's well worth going t see if it's near you - 36 cars at evey round for 2007 - mega!

But don;t think that the above keeps me from racing.. "Oh No!" I hear from racetracks around the country!

I'm trying to fix up a few guest drives in the HGT and other sereis that fit around my TV work, plus a drive at the SIlvertsone 24 in a very exciting project thatw e will be launching at Le mans and there's even a possiblilty of a drive in the USA in a support series to the ALMS this year....finger crossed!

Why is the TV broadcast shown as live on Sunday night, when in fact the race is live on Saturday night.

Will motors TV being showing it live or will it be delayed 24 hours?

I think the problem has arisen as the race starts at midnight (UK time) on the Saturday night which of course turns into 1am Sunday morning if you're on European time. Perhaps someone read it wrong when they were doing the listings and took it to be Sunday/Monday night.

As far as we know it's going to be shown live but we will only know for sure when it starts!

But if it isn't live we still have Hindy.

as far as i'm aware it will be live and not as live 24 hours late.

when it starts in california it should be starting on motors as i understand it.
