Morning everybody - Carlton and Mark here bringing you three hours of undiluted pleasure from Brands Hatch today - DTM and Formula Euroseries!
It was good to meet so many of you - now we're getting down to the business. Another British win today, or willit be the Hakk once again?

Morning Mark & Carlton,
I'm so happy for Hakkinen getting pole, great stuff. But disaster for Paul Di Resta, 15th!
It should be a cracking race, 82 laps of the indy circuit. Overtaking will be difficult, but mistakes are guranteed...

Guys when you read this please answer my question as to why the DTM dont run the S2000 regs. And the Euro F3 seems alot less active then the British F3.

Morning guys
Could be a close one this...Think it'll be tight tween mika and bruno...Would hate to think it could alll hinge on the stop but as long as its a cracking race then its all good..
Hope the brits have a great race , everyone gets round okay and look forward to watching it back later
Have a good race mark/carlton

carlton is right, f3 euroseries is the best. not only driver wise but team wise. british f3 hasnt had a good driver lineup since 2004!

The cars and drivers are good but racing is boring without overtaking. Surely the variety of the British F3 is a good thing. The Brit F3 has alot of great drivers they just dont get the publicity. And you cant rule out Seb Hothenhall.

Funny enough I was thinking earlier that neither F3 field (Euroseries or British) has a guy who you think could be a major star. Maybe the closest in either series is Hulkenberg
I seem to remember a few years ago that the British and German F3 series had a number of drivers who looked like they would obviously make it. I'm just not getting that this year
Could it be that the profliteration of new single-spec series has taken away from the importance of F3 on the motor racing ladder?

Any live timing, as on www.Formula1.com, only for the DTM races ?
I've checked www.dtm.com, couldn't find any. Anything on motorstv.com ?
Anywhere ? Anyone ?

Morning Mark and Carlton. Whats the weather like in the Kingdom of Kent? I was down in my white van on Tuesday and the place was flooded.
Lots of newbie in today! Hello everyone!
I hope that Di Resta can carve through the field and do the business like his fellow relative Dario did in the Indy 500 a couple of weeks back. Its a tall order from way back, but I think he could muscle through into points. Any more than that would prove his massive talent.

Weather down here is pretty good Andy. Very hot!
Yeah, I'm hoping di Resta can force his way through. I'm hoping for a good race. The Brands Hatch Indy circuit should provide a fast and furious spectacle
