:D

Very Sennaesque. Waits till the last minute and BANG.

Did you hear the crowd. Fantastic. Even his dad danced about and waved.

Yeah well, Raikkonen was the faster driver today and probably will be tomorrow. Good for Hamilton that he got pole, but there's no need for anyone to act like he was the fastest driver on the track today.

I also start to dislike how he always needs to pat his own back...."I did a pretty sweet job today". You just don't say that about yourself.

That performance was incredible, I'm so happy for Hamilton. Kimi made his own driving error, fact.

Hamilton was fastest where it mattered, in Q3 of qualifying. It's no good being fastest in practice or whatever, it doesn't count for anything.

Hamilton was the man today.
For the race I tend to think Ferrari, but as one commentator put it the Silverstone crowd can be worth a second a lap so who knows?

Alonso was the fastest overall i think, but Kimi was very close.

I wouldnt be surprised if Hamilton is the first to stop by at least a couple of laps tomorrow, so we shall see.

It was a stunning lap, yes, but really Kimi lost it as much as Hamilton won it!

Wouldn't surprise me if Alonso is a couple of laps heavier.

I honestly wouldn't know who has the lighter car, but if it rains tomorrow (I read on several forums that the chances for a wet race are quite big) it doesn't really matter anymore. Strategies of today will be of no use for tomorrow.

If Raikkonen manages to pull off a similar start as in France, I see another Raikkonen victory. The one leading the race for the first stint will win the race. That seems to be the case for the 2007 season, with the only exception of France last week, but that was mainly down to Massa being stuck in traffic.

Has Kimi ever smiled on camera or did he attend the same hospital as Mika for a personality removal?

True, he always looks bored and grumpy. But at least he doesn't publicly moan.

True, Ferrari seem to be very strict on there drivers.

They didn't like the fact that Irvine partied all the time

That's very true. Ron didn't care what Kimi and Juan Pablo got up to, but is more restrictive with Hamilton and Alonso.
