Good grief. [eek]
Did I really write that?
I had a bit to drink last night and don't really remember posting that at all. Apologies to all concerned for any offence caused.

its not for definate when it will be announced, it could take a while as they may reserve their judgment.
I assume maybe later on tonight we may here something if not midday tomorrow.

EDIT: I read that we are most likley to hear their decision is likely to be announced tomorrow an FIA Spokesperson has said.

Well, I suppose it is fair. I mean colder fuel and give you a big advantage...

if the fuel was to cold then any teams found guilty should ave points removed, but this does not automatically mean that lewis gets promoted to a higher finishing position. this apparently is also down to the stewards/court of appeal to decide.
if this is the case guilty teams will be stripped of points for the race, but lewis could still finish in the same position. sounds crazy to me but this is f1 ,so anything could happen

I get the impression that the McLaren team and the McLaren lawyers are rather apart on this one... clearly the lawyers want to get the ultimate goal, Lewis to win the Championship, but when you hear what the team has to say I think they'd rather he didn't...

Very strange situation... if Lewis was given the Championship I think he'd be very embarrassed about it... hope it doesn't happen...

i have to agree with sean,i am sure lewis will not want to be given the title in a court room, especially after he does not really deserve it after the shambles of the last two races

F1 has turned like this now, expect more of this in the future, especially as many teams are now supposedly breaking the rules.
