Hello, im so lucky that my wife got me a ticket for the DTM at Oschesleben in April 2008. My question is, does anyone know if there is only DTM at oschersleben that weekend, or are we able to see other races as well ? if so, which ?

yes we dtm ted jackie and i plus flags are all going to the dtm race there this year, other races you will be able to see are the rush hour race of the vw polos, seat leon race, porsche carra cup, f3 euro series oh the dtm race all come with free practice sessions and qualifiying. so go fri sat and sunday, loads of trade stalls, bratwurst, curry wurst and pommes plus you can get a big macie d and beer.

no chance sav, you get the f palmer the mini challenge and an other type, first it was the classic old bangers last year it was the side car this it could be a truck race, no expense spared with j palmer there

Grrrr, that sucks. Oh well, will just have to put up with the Euro F3 then.

you got lol f3 euro series f audi palmer and dtm so not much of crowd puller so i can see every one going to btcc as if the sun is not out its one to miss i think and see it on tv and i have seen the mini challenge some where on a page in the auto sport

Ah but that situation isn't only going to effect DTM, on the same day that WTCC is on at Brands BTCC is on.

For me going to DTM will be better, having been to a couple of BTCC rounds and I'll be a DTM first timer.

just seen that one WTCC at Oschersleben so you know which direction germany will be heading, and the british to BTCC at Silverstone so no doubt Brands will be quite empty and the last it comes to the uk, unless we have another english DTM champion

it all needs sorting so only one event is on that weekend or include the DTM weekend at Silverstone with the Btcc, and erect temp garages and a seperate pit lane off another part of the race track,

If Di Resta is leading the championship come Brands, I actually think many will turn up for Brands, certainly the idea of having both championships on the same track on the same weekend makes sense.

But unltimately it will never happen.
