personally I think it would be a big mistake if mr dennis didn't race gary next year and have hamilton as a test driver or even farm him out for a year. I think If gary was given the chance next year he'd worry riakannon where ever he lands up next year. They say as you get old you slow down well gary isn't old but time is ticking when you look at the age's of some who are coming into the sport. Bring back the days of mansell and senna try paffet and whoever

F1 dave. You lucky lucky man if there was 1 man in this world I'd give anything up to meet it would be nigel mansell. A few years ago 92 to be exact I went and watched that great great race at silverstone WHAT a weekend I'll never forget it but anyway. I tried and tried to get his autograph but failed HOWEVER. I wrote to our nigel at his home which then was still in the Isle of man asking for his autograph explaining how i'd tried at silverstone. I didn't enclose an s.a.e as to be honest didn't think I'd hear anything anyway WRONG!! He sent me a signed postcard of himself with his fw14b in the pitlane at silverstone! He paid the post too thats what I like about the man. Sadly an ex girlfriend moved out taking it with her needless to say I haven't clapped eyes on her since!!! A few choice words are itching to come out now but for the sake of younger eyes I'll refrain. I'm planning on going to silverstone this august though to try and meet him again at the gp masters series are you likely to ne there?

im sorry to hear that m92....and im not sure iff i will go to the masters though .... and youre right nige is a great guy ive spent like 6 days with him and the family recently as i said b4 even 1 of his dogs. and he was really nice to me all the whole time i even saw him in his gp masters overalls.....cos he did a demo run in andy priaux's bmw m3 v8 endurance car. i was even there when he squared up to joe osbournes dad ....after he slapped joe...very funny that .. i do hope you are able to get his autograph though. i know how ya feel...i met ricardo zonta at silverstone and went and left the bloody poster on the coach not only that autograph collecting is now 1 of my new hobbies.........i have the whole of this years dtm grid exept c. abt...even though i was talking to him i never got him ...but such is life...anyway good luck m8...and take care
