Good Evening,
I am fairly new to the motor`s forum, so far iI have written about F1 and karting but I get the impression that these subjects are not well liked? I do think that these subjects are related ,as Karting is the stepping stone to F1 eventually.
Thank You,
regards,
Chris.borg.

It's not that the subjects are not well liked!
It's just the regulars that used to be on here have gone, so there is no interest in these subjects!

Dear all,
I fail to understand how or why we can not start a sensible conversation regarding the present scene in the Formula 1 2008 world championship?
Earlier on I was i informed that all the fans have moved on,but I am not sure If that follows ,cos if you are an F1 fan you will always be one, especially after watching the last G .P.

What he means is, the users who used to use this forum a lot have all moved on, mainly due to their distaste for this new forum software.
I, personally, dont think its too bad, it could be better, ho hum!
ANyway if we want an F1 discussion, a discussion we shall have. I dont like Lewis Hamilton. Infact, i now dislike him more than one Tony Stewart. It would be nice to have a british champion and all, dont get me wrong, and some of his drives have been pretty astounding but, as a person, he couldnt possibly be any more of an ass. And lets not get started on Daddy or Mr Dennis!

Have to agree with your first opinion Steve, after all it is only a forum for gawds sake, and not the end of the world. Fancy you not liking Smoke or Lewis. We do not have much else to cheer for, with Jensen having gone totally off the boil since he has been squiring pretty things around.

Edit by modo2005Sean your post was altered to that great website at http://no_ads_here/index.htm
the thing is it's not that we don't like F1 and other series it's just that Motors TV changed a perfectly good forum that was always busy with a real sence of community we all had/have a passion for motorsport (why else would we have been on here) then they changed the Forum provider to this which would have been fine had it worked properly and the requests of the Regulars at the time which were/have been ignored thus leading to us to create are own site to continue this friendship that we all have over on http://no_ads_here/index.htm and if you don't like it Motors then thats fair enough but at least give others on here to at least cheack out http://no_ads_here/index.htm and make up there own mind and choose to either stay on here or come over and join http://no_ads_here/index.htm it's not there as direct compotition to this site it's just an alternative site to this and if those that have a look and don't like it then thats OK it's not like you've lost anyone is it? oh and please could you reinstate my Renault Sport Spider??

Hi steve,
I have been away for a few days that is why I have not replied.
I am of the same opinion in that Lewis Hamilton has had some astoundig drives.
May I please remind you that in first full season as a rookie he gave us the pleasure of finishing runner up, by just 1 point, a feat never achieved by any other driver?
Oh and by the way who happens to be leadind the Formula 1world Championship standings?
Mr Lewis.Hamilton.
Good night,
Best Regards,

Very true. However, rookie or not he still had the best, or one of, car on the grid. There are a number of drivers in the field who would do exactly the same given the same equipment (and, for the record, i think Heikki is getting the short end of the stick from McLaren this season, thats quite obvious)
But thats got nothing to do with him as a person. Im quite prepared to acknowledge that he's a damn good driver, top 3 or 4 in F1 for sure. But that doesnt change the fact that i really really really dont like the guy.

Good morning,
I am glad that you agree that Lewis is a very driver, the fact that you dislike him does alter anything. However,I would like to remind you that last season he also managed to beat the double world champion Alonso.
