got my tickets complete with pit & paddock pass, Palmer keeps banging on about getting good crowds or else lose the DTM...well maybe if he invested in more advertising then more pewople would turn up. I live 50mins from Brands and the only advert I get is through the mailing list in my inbox, nothing in the local paper or local television at all....no wonder no one turns up because the general public dont know about it!

I agree MarcG, I live in Kent, and Brands publicity is very poor. They are doing a tie up with Invicta FM for the DTM and this might get a bit of interest but generally they do nothing more than a bit in local papers (and that is usually just for the family days etc). I have my tickets with paddock pass too. Last time I went there was alot of mention of Sky TV at the event and no mention at all of Motors who were televising it live - very strange I felt.

Its toooo darn far away from Yorkshire.  I went to Donny twice, but I am not treking right down there. I did that for A1 GP and it cost me £60 in juice.

They should change tracks each year.  That would bring in the numbers.

I bet they get about 10,000 at Brands this year.

Lol ad477 blame that on the people living in the new housing estate rigth next to the track! Brands is only allowed to use the GP circuit x days a year as agreed with residents because of noise polution.

You remember hearing about those old grannies at Monza trying to get the track shutdown or fit silencers to the F1 cars!!!!
