I wouldnt have said that the Cleland years were Vauxhall domination
(and i'm sure John wouldnt have either!!) at all, VXR domination was really when the rules changed from Super Touring and Vauxhall were running the Astra Coupe 2001-2004 when Plato, Thompson and Muller won their titles and loads of races!!!
Anyway well done to Fabrizio for his debut BTCC win and Vauxhall's 100th. They still got a bit of a way to go to catch Ford's tally though!!

Maybe so but they were when btcc was at it best in my opinion with bmw, toyota, vauxhall,ford, alfa and the like. good times

Yup, though I've been following BTCC thru several golden periods, like when Jaguar and Ford Sierra XR4i's were the order of the day, but I have to agree, for sheer great drivers alone Clelands time was great, and for Vauxhall 2001 - 2004 was brilliant, no-one could touch them!
