*Note* This thread has nothing to do with Professor Sid Watkins, the FIA doctor ;)

Here we are then, the evil NASCAR empire descends on a track with more than left hand turns for once, as the BUSCH guys tackle the formidable Watkins Glen road course.

Since it's 50 mins to the race and there's no thread yet, leaving muggins here to create it, I'm assuming there'll be no commentator again tonight, silence is golden during the US ad breaks it seems...
Will there ever be break commentary again...well, only Motors can tell us that.

So then, who's everyone rooting for tonight?
Who's looking sharp, who's struggling with right handed turns?
Any ringers in the field tonight?

Lots to discuss....and there's a race on too! :P

If you want to chat during today ´s race.

The Rubbin' Is Racin' Chatroom

;)

At least we don ´t get the farce we had last year when the pussies didn ´t want to drive on a partly wet track.

I ´m proud to say this today: GO TRUEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, but I don ´t think this is anything serious though.

Come on, this is the race to watch? I prefer Talladega over this, but The Glen is also fun. :P

Damn, how much I waited for this road race! I enjoyed the Mexican NBS race a lot earlier this season, so I would expect to do the same at the Glen.

Finally, I'm online on the forum as the race starts! Can't wait to heat the triple boogity [lol] . Enjoy the race!

Well yeah, Road Course races, Restrictor Plate races...they're unique, something different rather than the boring 1.5 mile ovals eh? ;)

Plus watching oval only racers stumble around the road courses is a little amusing.... >:D

Oh and I'd like to get a shoutout for Stoegi and Mattzel who are watching NBS right now, though Mattzel is sometimes annoying :P
