Hello I've got some questions that I was hoping someone could answer.

Firstly if I wanted to get to BH for the DTM event by train would that be possible? How near is the nearest train station?

Also as I have heard frequently about how open the series is and how great it is for seeing the drivers, when would be the best time to do this, practice, qualifying or raceday?

And if I had to go for more than one day, are there many places that I could stay at locally for a sensible price?

coming from germany so no idea about the train connection to brads

but i vesit frequently the race in Hockenheim , Zandvoort and Nürnburgring
That ´s right the DTM is open to the fans.My experience is, that the best time to catch the driver is before the first training on saturday. Find out where they coming through ca. 1 hour before training they arrived on the
circuit.
All the driver takes a little time to give autogramms.

So enjoy this event, the sound and the aktion

As far as I know, the closest railway station to Brands Hatch is in Swanley, about a 15 min taxi ride from the track (6 to 8 miles), but on race day it could take an hour or more depending on the time of day.

Brands Hatch has a very small main paddock and they do not allow access to it. I can't see it being any different on the DTM weekend, so probably the only time you will be able to meet the drivers is the pitlane walkabout, these are normally very busy, so the walkabout on the quietest day (Friday) will probably give you the best chance of meeting the drivers you want.

Does anybody know what the parking and viewing facilities at Brands Hatch for the disabled are. Where abouts on circuit are these?

At the bottom of the Paddock Hill stand, there are reserved disabled viewing seats/spaces, I don't recall any disabled parking though, best check with the circuit.
