I've just looked though my Sky programme planner and don't se any ALMS coverage this coming weekend on Motors TV.
What's the deal chaps? I'm hoping/asuming that the progamme planner has yet to be up-dated?! While the tape delayed coverage is a shame, it's better than nothing.....

We get live coverage when Speed show the races but the ones mid-season this year have been on other channels in the US. This means we only get the same highlights as they do.

I love the ALMS, therefore I would love Motors to show it live...but I know that's never going to happen.

This is the best ALMS race of the season, and it's not on live or delayed

All live all free www.radiolemans.com - time to follow..
I must warn you it will be down the phone as per Utah as no ISDN (or broadband even!) at Lime Rock...
The return of an old friend on the broadcast this weekend. Welcome back Jim Martyn -
I'm told we also have a new pit lane reporter - let me know what you think

Hindy et al, Thanks for that. Of course it goes without saying that "Sir" Hindy's broadcasts are the "bee's knees". It's always good to supplement them with the TV coverage. I know its tape delayed in the US, so I guess Monday here isn't so bad?
I'll check the time zones to see when you're on John, and we'll be listening for your new pit man... or girl!
Thanks
S.

"I love the ALMS, therefore I would love Motors to show it live...but I know that's never going to happen."
Motors TV is in fact showing seven of the 2007 ALMS rounds live - we've already had Sebring, St Petersburg and Long Beach, and next up live will be Mosport on Aug 26, Detroit on Sept 01, Petit Le Mans on Oct 06 and Laguna Seca on Oct 20.
Bear with us, as you say here it depends on the broadcasters - those that go out live, we show live; otherwise it's the highlight packages, but we try to get those within 24 hours.

Thanks Mark, it's better than nothing. Also, no other channel is showing the ALMS in the UK, so thank you.
Am I right in saying the majority of the races are live?
