Brit F3: Youngsters test for Double R and Fortec

Formula BMW Europe champion Luiz Felipe Nasr and Formula Renault UK race winner Oli Webb were amongst a number of drivers testing for British F3 front runners Double R and Fortec last month.

Brazilian Nasr, who dominated the GP-supporting Formula BMW series this season, spent three days testing with Raikkonen Robertson Racing at Lurcy-Levis where he was joined by the team’s regular driver Carlos Huertas and Hitech Racing’s Renger van der Zande.

Fortec promoted National Class champion Daniel McKenzie to a current spec car as they tested at Rockingham in the UK.

McKenzie was joined by Webb, who finished third in Formula Renault UK with Fortec this seasons, and Formula BMW racer Will Buller.
