FF: Malvern looks to extend lead

Scott Malvern will be looking at extending his lead at the top of the championship as the Formula Ford series heads to Snetterton this Bank Holiday weekend.

Malvern has headed the points table ever since his round two Oulton Park victory, despite Scott Pye’s subsequent wins for the Jamun Racing team, which now total seven.

The 21 year-old Brit won his second race of the season in the Cliff Dempsey Racing-prepared Ray at Silverstone.

There will be a strong British contingent taking to the grid on the Norfolk track, with two others in the top six including Josh Hill who has won at Knockhill and last time out, at Silverstone. The other British driver in the top six of the championship is Dan Cammish who is currently third.

Fluid Motorsport the Norfolk based team will be looking for a great Bank Holiday performance as they make their way to their home track.
