FFord: Hill set to stay with Jamun

Josh Hill, son of 1996 Formula One World Champion Damon, is set stay with Jamun Racing for a second season of the MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britain in 2010.

The 18-year-old made his single-seater debut this year, finishing 11th in the final Formula Ford standings and registering two podium finishes and two fastest laps in his final three meetings. He previously finished third in the main Ginetta Juniors Series in 2008 and won the Winter Series.

Jamun Racing, which guided James Cole to the Formula Ford title this year, is targeting a repeat with Hill in 2010. Team Manager James Mundy said: “I’d like to sign him now and get him testing for next year.”
