WRC: Latvala speeds into the lead of Rally Finland
Sébastien Loeb set scratch time on SS8 Mhinpaa 1, but the flying Finn took 5.2s out of Norway’s Pëtter Solberg. Henning Solberg, who was up to fourth place, crashed out of the event, moving the Frenchman Loeb into equal 4th overall with Dani Sordo. Juha Kankkunen is cruising along in, seventh overall, and 33.3s behind Mathew Wilson. Kimi Raikkonen is the last of the WRC entries in 8th place S-WRC leader, Juha Hanninen is 9th overall and is battling with countryman Rantanen, 10th overall, for top honours among the S-2000 cars.
