Organisers of Rally Mexico have published the seeded entry list for next month’s event, round 2 of the WRC.
35 cars are slated to start the Leon-based rally, which will mark the WRC debut of Ken Block in the Monster World Rally Team Ford Focus, and Nasser Al-Attiyah’s bow in the new Super 2000 (S-WRC) category driving a Rene Georges-prepared Skodia Fabia S2000.
Munchi’s Ford driver, Federico Villagra, makes his 2010 debut on his home Continent, while Xevi Pons makes his first start in the S-WRC.
Former Seat works World Touring Car driver and Indy Car racer Michel Jourdain Jr is also on the entry list in a P-WRC Mitsubishi Lancer for his WRC debut in his home event.
Mikko Hirvonen has earned first seed after his win on Rally Sweden last week, while three-time Rally Mexico winner Sebastien Loeb is seeded second.
