Seb vs Mikko

Sébastien Loeb has a tenuous 9.4s advantage over team-mate Mikko Hirvonen with two stages to go.

The last 66 kilometres of Rally Finland will be, in a word, awesome. The mega Ounipohja stage will settle the battle between the two DS3 drivers, who have been told they can fight for the win! The high-speed, high-flying, heart-stopping stage will be run not once, but twice. The second pass will also count for the Power Stage, so there is plenty to race for.

Jari-Matti Latvala is a distant third at 25.4 seconds to Loeb. The Finn will have to hope Hirvonen and Loeb over do it if he is to make it to the top step of the podium. Ford team-mate, Petter Solberg is fourth at over 45 seconds. Ott Tanak has moved past Mads Ostberg into fifth. The Norwegian suffered a drive shaft problem on SS16 and is now 2.1s behind the Estonian. Matti Rantanen has a comfortable margin to Jari Ketomaa in the race for seventh place. Martin Prokop and Sébastien Ogier hold down the last point paying positions.
