The TAC is underway

The 3rd edition of the Trans-African Classic is underway as the field enters Africa for the first desert competition stages.

After the technical verifications in Paris the 2005 TAC headed south for the first stage on the military base at Alés. After this first day for a rally based on regularity than out and out performance, the caravan made its way to the port city of Sète. The rally will begin in earnest with the first competition sections in Morocco. Stay tuned to motorstv.com and motors tv for continuing coverage of the 2008 Trans-African Classic.
