LMS: Campanico joins JMB for Algarve 1000kms



Cesar Campanico will race the JMB Racing Ferrari F430 at this weekend’s Algarve 1000kms in Portimao.
 
The Portuguese driver joins the GT2 squad for his home race where he will share the car with the team’s regular driver John Hartshorne.
 
The 29-year-old Lisbon-born Campanico is an experienced GT racer. This season alone he has competed in the ADAC GT Masters and FIA GT3 European Championship in the Team Rosberg Audi R8 and the GT class of the Grand Am Series at Daytona in a Coast 2 Costa Racing Ferrari 430 Challenge. He has also competed in the Portuguese Touring Car Championship in a BMW 320si E90.
 
The Algarve 1000kms will be his Le Mans Series debut.
