Caterham championships added to Motors TV line-up

Motors TV is proud to announce a new deal with Caterham for 2009 that sees its four national championships debuting on the High Speed Television Channel this year.

Coverage of both A and B Roadsports as well as the R300 and R400 Superlight categories will be spread out across five hours of original programming this season, with the opening round of the Academy class from Anglesey also due a look-in.

A regular half-hour Saturday afternoon slot, currently pencilled in for 2pm, not to mention regular repeats throughout the week ensures that avid fans of this revolutionary roadster need never miss a lap of one of Britain’s best one-make production car series’.

“I’m very excited about the coverage for this year which, as ever, is being produced by the specialists at Hayfisher who know Caterham racing inside out,” said the marque’s Motorsport’s Manager Simon Lambert. “It’s set to be the best TV we’ve ever had! Motors TV reaches nearly 10 million homes in the UK and Ireland, plus a further 6 million around Europe and is becoming increasingly recognised as the home of general motor racing on television.

“Caterham will also be working with Motors TV during the course of the year with the viewer competitions promoted on TV and on the Motors TV website.”

In recognition of this new partnership, cars in all Caterham championships will carry the Motors TV logo on their side panels.
